The Cerdon copper factory, witness of 150 international industrial adventures and classified as a historical monument, is reborn to offer an immersion in the secrets of its workshops. MasKarade's scenography brings back to life the place and its extraordinary machines which supplied the greatest French kitchens.
Drôle de Trame realized a double immersive projection and a dozen films showing the functioning of the machines and the stages of manufacture. To do this, we filmed the restarting of the machines by a team of restorers and workers, who were able to rediscover the gestures and know-how of the ancients.
The highlight of the museum: augmented reality glasses give the public the illusion of seeing the workers working the copper and metal as if they were at their workstation.
